In a standard entire home cleaning your cleaners will clean your bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. In the booking section, You have the option to select extras and leave comments if you want anything specific done.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, all RefreshCo cleaners bring their own supplies but you can request them to use your supplies.

How do I change my address?

If you need to change your address reach out to our customer service team and they will make the switch. Make sure it is 24 hours before your appointment.

How do I book my first appointment?

You book your first appointment by selecting the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and clicking book now. You can pick from an entire home cleaning or a partial cleaning if you only want a specific room cleaned.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes, you can trust your cleaning professional. All RefreshCo cleaners are interviewed, vetted, and have gone through a background check.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If anything goes wrong with your cleaning, reach out to our customer service team and we will work together to solve the problem.

Yes, all your information is safe, RefreshCo is SSL certified.

Yes, all RefreshCo cleaners go through a background check.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy is if you are not satisfied we will come back and reclean.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is if you are not satisfied with your cleaning your cleaner will come back and reclean. If you are not satisfied with the reclean we will refund you.
